Our Team

The Jets emphasize long‑term athletic development alongside life skills that extend far beyond competition. Athletes are taught to trust the process, embrace discipline, and take pride in consistent effort. When we say we fly, we are teaching our youth to approach every challenge with confidence, preparation, and belief in themselves—whether that challenge is a race, a classroom goal, or a personal obstacle.

Building Strength. Developing Technique. Inspiring Confidence.

Coach Nick serves as the Throws Coach for the Tri-City Jets Track Club, helping young athletes discover their potential in one of track and field’s most technical and rewarding disciplines.

Beginning his track and field coaching journey during the 2026 indoor season with Superior Track Club, Coach Nick gained experience working within a competitive youth track program before continuing his coaching career with the Tri-City Jets.

Specializing in throwing events, Coach Nick focuses on helping athletes establish a foundation in proper technique, coordination, balance, strength, and safe throwing mechanics. His coaching role emphasizes progressive skill development, allowing young athletes to build confidence while learning the fundamentals necessary for competitive success.

During the Jets’ 2026 outdoor campaign, the club demonstrated competitive promise in throwing events, with young athletes earning strong performances in shot put and javelin at AAU competitions, including multiple top-eight finishes at the regional level.

As part of the Tri-City Jets coaching staff, Coach Nick supports an environment where athletes of varying experience levels have opportunities to improve, embrace challenges, and discover strengths they may not have realized they possessed.

COACH KEVIN

Youth Development Coach | Ages 10 & Under

Developing Tomorrow’s Champions Today.

Coach Kevin serves as the 10 & Under Coach for the Tri-City Jets Track Club, playing an important role in introducing the next generation of young athletes to the fundamentals, excitement, and competitive spirit of track and field.

Coach Kevin began his track and field coaching journey with Superior Track Club during the 2026 indoor season, gaining valuable experience in an organized youth athletics environment before continuing with the Tri-City Jets.

Working with the club’s youngest competitors, Coach Kevin focuses on the building blocks of athletic development, including proper running mechanics, coordination, agility, speed, teamwork, and an understanding of competitive track and field.

At this important developmental stage, the Jets emphasize more than performance times and finishing positions. The goal is to help every young athlete develop self-confidence, discipline, good sportsmanship, and a genuine enthusiasm for physical activity and healthy competition.

As part of the Jets’ 2026 coaching staff, Coach Kevin helped support a growing youth program whose athletes competed at local, regional, and national-level AAU track and field competitions.

Whether working with a first-time runner or a young athlete beginning to show competitive promise, his role is to help create a positive foundation from which every child can learn, improve, and grow.

Coach Kevin represents an essential part of the Tri-City Jets philosophy: great athletes are developed through strong fundamentals, consistent encouragement, and the opportunity to believe in themselves.

At Tri-City Jets, the journey toward excellence begins early.
